When you purchase a copier, maintenance is $10 per month plus usage and we supply all toner, drums, developers, xfer belts, fusers, EVERYTHING necessary to maintain the copier during the time you have the copier.  Our knowledgeable sales team will help you choose the best machine for your operations.

Lease a Copier: Just like leasing a car, you can choose the copier that works best for your business and choose the term that works best for you. When you lease a copier, maintenance is $10 per month plus usage and we supply all toner, drums, developers, xfer belts, fusers, EVERYTHING necessary to maintain the copier during the time you have the copier. Our knowledgeable sales team will help you choose the best machine for your operations.

Flex Advantage Lease: The Flex Advantage Lease is specifically designed for companies that are not eligible for a traditional lease for a variety of reasons.  The most common is the business has not been established for 3 years – which is a requirement of all the leasing companies.  It’s only about $30 more but we can place you in this program until your business reaches the 3-year mark.  Then we can convert you and lower your monthly payment and even upgrade the copier at no cost.  This program is only offered to companies that do not qualify for a traditional lease.

Short-term Rental: Sometimes, long-term ownership of an expensive machine is not the best option. If your needs are temporary, we offer great rental options for office copiers. Use it, then return it. It’s that simple.

Service

Everyone claims to have great service, but we put our money where our mouth is… If our customers didn’t love our service, we would have no business because we allow them to leave. That’s not an option when you are locked into a lease.

We fix any problems with the machine quickly and free. Next Day On-Site Service – average response time – 4 hours!

Remember, when you sign a lease, the copier company and the Sales Rep are paid 100% by the leasing company. They can’t make any more money for the remainder of the term (3–5 years). They are typically paid and gone. Our Reps stay involved the entire time your equipment is installed. Our reps only get paid each month when a satisfied customer makes the monthly payment. Our reps are rewarded for staying involved and building a relationship from beginning to end.
