What makes us different?
Packages: that include images in the monthly price. We can do it no problem, but it only benefits the copier company. Some companies encourage it, but the only benefit is the copier company is paid in advance for service that they haven't delivered yet. This makes it almost impossible to fire the company if you are not satisfied because you would need to pay back any money paid to them from the leasing company. It's just a trick to make the service contract "stickier". Any month you don't have overages is a month that was overpaid. Click NEVER has done this tactic.
Service & Support: Our SLA is on-site next day but approximately 94% on our clients receive service on the same day. NONE of our clients have Service Contracts. We do this because we believe there is no need to lock a client into a contract. If we are doing our job, no pricing surprises and providing equipment that works - clients have no reason to ever leave. It's also a safety net for clients who have had poor experiences with other copier companies. Knowing they could walk if they needed to can be a huge relief (we have NEVER been fired)
Supply Management: We monitor the copier in real time. The copier is constantly reporting toner levels so that when it hits a certain percentage (usually 25%) - an email is sent to Customer Service and a replacement is sent out that day, so clients always have a spare on hand. All toner, drums, fusers, xfer belts, rollers - EVERYTHING that is needed to operate the MFP is supplied by us at no extra charge. You are paying for it as you go from the monthly service.
Miscellaneous charges: They don't exist. All service, parts and labor is included (not including if someone takes a baseball bat to it - 🙂) We haven’t had a late charge in over a decade.
Yearly Increases: We don't do them at all. Almost every copier company on the planet has a yearly increase - thus allowing them to show a slightly lower price for images on the proposal. With Click Copiers, you pay the same in the last year as you did in the 1st. No Exceptions.
What if something CATASTROPHIC happened? We would simply go to our warehouse and retrieve the required part and replace it. If that didn’t work, we would replace the copier at no charge long before our client was upset. It rarely happens but it has happened before. We have never increase pricing during an existing contract and never will. All Service calls are routed through your Sales Representative. 7 out of 10 calls for service are trivial and don’t require a technician. The Sales Rep can resolve most of them in minutes, thus getting client back to where they need be and saving us the need to dispatch a technician to push a button. Most of our clients who have been with us for 5 years are one their 2nd copier. Most at 7 are on their 3rd. We have tons of references and will stand by these standards 100% of the time.
